All Serving Officers may be married in the Royal Memorial Chapel (RMC). Children of Serving Officers may also be married in the RMC. To book your wedding or Christening in the Royal Memorial Chapel,please telephone the Chaplain’s Office: 01276 412543.

Members of The Sandhurst Foundation may hold their wedding reception or that of their child at the Academy. There are two locations for wedding receptions:

The Lakeside

The FASC can be booked throughout the year whilst the Lakeside may be booked from May through to the end of September.

‘ » Sandhurst Marquees’ are the only Marquee Company that can be used at the RMAS. All catering must be provided by ‘ESS’, resident Academy civilian caterers.


Set Costs for Weddings:

  • Hire of FASC £1,500
  • Hire of Dance Floor for FASC £50
  • Hire of Lakeside £300
  • Insurance £1 per head
  • DIO Licence £120
  • Administration £500
  • Security Staff £120

Administration includes all car passes, individual passes, signs, car parking, event pack, liaison with caterers, menus and place name cards.

All Serving Officers Children may be christened at the Royal Memorial Chapel. Members may then hold their reception within the Academy. The reception could be within the colleges or by the lakeside. All catering must be supplied by our resident civilian caterers.
