Members of Intake 42 are invited to attend a 50th anniversary Reunion at RMAS on Wednesday 19th December 2018 (this event is for intake members only).

11:15 - 11:45 Service in Royal Memorial Chapel
11:45 - 12:00 Move to Grand Entrance
12:00 - 12:15 Photo on steps of Old College
12:15 - 13:00 Reception Drinks
13:00 - Lunch in the Indian Army Memorial Room (3 courses with wine, coffee & mints)
15:30 - Guests depart
Ticket Price: The ticket price is all inclusive (all admin and chapel costs plus food and beverages as listed above). You will receive an email receipt for your ticket, physical tickets will not be sent out.
Photographs: If you have any photographs of your time at Sandhurst, please email them (.jpg file) to email@example.com and they will be displayed on a screen during dinner. If you are a member of the Sandhurst Trust, you are able to upload photos to the Gallery in the members area on the website to be searched for and seen by other members of the Trust.
RMAS Report: When registering for the event you may order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £10 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity. If, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective 25 May 18, you do not wish to make this donation please contact us.
Biographies: During the online booking process you will have the option to complete a short paragraph outlining your activities in the intervening years. These biographies will be compiled into a booklet for distribution at the reunion.
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you. If you are being driven to the event by someone who is not attending they too will need photo ID, we will ask you to supply their name to us in the week prior to the event.
What are my transport options getting to the event?
If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are booking a local taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.
Can I see a list of who else is attending?

I'd rather not pay via the internet?
Where at all possible we ask that you make your payment online (see button below) as it greatly streamlines our administration. If you are unable to pay online please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a hard copy application form which you can return to us by post with a cheque (full details will be on the application form).
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not available after 4th December 2018.
