Members of Dettingen Company Intake 49 are invited to a 50th Anniversary Reunion at RMAS on Wednesday 10th August 2022. Wednesday 10th August 2022 is the Commandant's Parade for Commissioning Course 213.
Programme:
Commandant's Parade - vehicle entrance via College Town Gate only, parking will be allocated on arrival, those on foot can arrive via Staff College Gate.

Ticket Price
The ticket price is all inclusive (pre parade coffee, reception drink, 4 course lunch with wine & port).
RMAS Report: When registering for the event you will be able to order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £15 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity.

Accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
Parade - Vehicle entrance is via College Town Gate only, parking will be allocated on arrival, those on foot or by taxi can arrive via Staff College Gate. You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance. Taxis not on the list below will not be permitted access and will be required to drop you at the gate

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.
Can I see a list of who else is attending?

What is the closing date, refund policy & handling fee?
The closing date for applications is Friday 29th July 2022, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £3.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity.
Late bookings?
Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
Can I buy RMAS memorabilia?
The Sandhurst Trust online shop stocks a variety of RMAS branded products.
Can I Smoke at RMAS?
Smoking is not permitted in Old College or in the Stands, please ask the Mess staff for directions to a designated smoking area.
