Former RMAS Instructor Cadre 1998 are invited to a Reunion Dinner at the Academy on Saturday 17th October 2020.
18:30 Photo on steps of Old College.
18:45 Reception Drinks, Old College.
19:30 Dinner in the International Room, a cash bar will be available after dinner.
23:00 Bar closes.
23:30 Guests depart.
Dress: Black tie with miniature medals.
The ticket price is all inclusive (pre-dinner drinks, dinner and administration), booking is online (see below).
Photographs: If you have any photographs of your time at Sandhurst that you would like to be displayed on the night please email them (.jpg) to firstname.lastname@example.org and they can be shown on a screen. If you have a large number of photos please contact us for a DropBox link.
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you. Entry to RMAS will be by the main (Staff College) gate only.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Your designated parking area within the Academy will be indicated on your car pass, cars can be left overnight and collected the following morning. If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.
Can I see a list of who else is attending?

What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Monday 5th October 2020, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
