Members of 15 Pl CC 051 are invited to a 15th Anniversary Reunion Dinner at RMAS on Friday 6th December 2019.
19:00 Reception Drinks in the Grand Entrance, Old College.
19:30 Dinner in the Peninsular Room, a cash bar will be available after dinner.
23:00 Bar closes.
23:30 Guests depart.
Dress: Black tie
The ticket price is all inclusive (reception drink, 3 course dinner with wine), booking is online (see below).
RMAS Report: When registering for the event you will be able to order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £15 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity. If, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you do not wish to make this donation please contact us.
Photographs: If you have any photographs of your time at Sandhurst that you would like to be displayed on the night please email them (.jpg) to email@example.com and they can be shown on a screen. If you have a large number of photos please contact us for a DropBox link. If you are a member of the Sandhurst Trust, you are able to upload photos to the Gallery in the members area on the website to be searched for and seen by other members of the Trust.
Nostalgically, rooms have been made available in Victory Building if you require somewhere to lay your head post dinner. If you require a room please liaise with Maj Nik Lygo directly 07540382605. A small fee may apply.
Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you. Entry to RMAS will be by the main (Staff College) gate only.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Your designated parking area within the Academy will be indicated on your car pass, cars can be left overnight and collected the following morning. If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.
Can I see a list of who else is attending?

What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Monday 25th November 2019, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
