Members of WSC 891 and their Directing Staff are invited to a 30th Anniversary Reunion Dinner at RMAS on Saturday 3rd August 2019.
19:00 Reception Drinks in the Grand Entrance, Old College.
19:30 Dinner (hot buffet) in the Indian Army Memorial Room, a cash bar will be available after dinner.
23:00 Bar closes.
23:30 Guests depart.
In addition to the evening reunion dinner on Saturday 3 August 2019, there will also be an informal lunch time ‘picnic’ to be held by the Lake at RMAS being organised by Sally Mendonca (Mason). This is for anyone unable to attend the evening dinner or who would like to arrive early and start catching up with everyone as the time will go quickly once all meet up again! Please contact Sally directly to let her know if you would like to join in the picnic…..
The ticket price is all inclusive (pre-dinner drink, hot buffet dinner with wine and all administration), booking is online (see below).
RMAS Report: When registering for the event you will be able to order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £10 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity. If, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you do not wish to make this donation please contact us.
Biographies: During the online booking process you will have the option to complete a short paragraph outlining your activities in the intervening 30 years. These biographies will be compiled into a booklet for distribution at the reunion.
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you. Entry to RMAS will be by the main (Staff College) gate only.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Your designated parking area within the Academy will be indicated on your car pass, cars can be left overnight and collected the following morning. If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.

What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Sunday 21st July 2019, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
