Members of Intake 24 are invited to a Reunion on the 17th December 2019 to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of their commissioning (on 17th December 1959), wives/partners are also invited to attend.

11:00 - Move to the Royal Memorial Chapel
11:15 - 11:45 Service in the Royal Memorial Chapel

The ticket price is all inclusive (all admin and chapel costs plus food and beverages). You will receive an email receipt for your ticket, physical tickets will not be sent out. An administrative email will be sent to all attendees one week prior to the event reminding you of timings and entry requirements for RMAS.
If you have any photographs of your time at Sandhurst please email them (as a .jpg file) to email@example.com and they will be displayed on a screen on the day. If you are a member of the Sandhurst Trust, you are able to upload photos to the Gallery in the members area on the website to be searched for and seen by other members of the Trust.
When registering for the event you will be able to order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £15 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity.
Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Entry will be via the Staff College Gate (A30) only, based on a nominal roll provided by the Trust. You will need to bring photographic ID with you such as driving licence or passport, we do not require car registrations.
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
If you are driving you will be directed to the Reunion parking. If you require disabled parking in Chapel Square please tick the box on the booking form. If you are being driven by someone not attending the reunion we will need your drivers name (this can be done the week prior to the event) and they will require photo ID. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is advisable to book in advance.

Where at all possible we ask that you make your payment online (see button below) as it greatly streamlines our administration. If you are unable to pay online please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a hard copy application form which you can return to us by post with a cheque (full details will be on the application form).
What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Monday 2nd December 2019, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
