Members of Rhine Coy Intake 42 are invited to attend a 50th anniversary Reunion lunch at RMAS on Wednesday 12th December 2018.

13:00 Lunch in Old College Conference Room (3 courses plus wine, coffee & mints)

FAQs
Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Hard copy tickets will not be issued, entry will be based on a nominal roll at the gate. Entry to RMAS for those travelling by car will be via College Town Gate (GU47 0PR) only You will need to bring photographic ID with you such as driving licence or passport, we do not require car registrations. If you are travelling in a pre-booked taxi with a security cleared driver (see list below), or are on foot, you may enter via the Staff College gate (A30).

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Car. If you are driving you will be directed to a car park which is a 10 minute walk to Old College. If you require disabled access please tick the box on the booking form to confirm a space in Old College Car Park.
Train. Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections.
Taxi. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is advisable to book in advance.

Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Souvenirs
Sandhurst souvenirs can be purchased at the Sandhurst Trust shop which will be open on the day. 

RMAS Report: When registering for the event you will be able to order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £10 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity.  If, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective 25 May 18, you do not wish to make this donation please contact us.

What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Monday 26th November 2018, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
