WRAC officers commissioned in 1963, and their friends/guests, are invited to a 60th Anniversary Reunion at RMAS on Thursday 28th September 2023.
Programme
11:15 - 11:30 Arrival, park on Le Marchant Square (left hand end of Old College as you face it)
11:30 - 12:00 Chapel Service (access to the Chapel is through Old College from Le Marchant Square)
12:00 - 12:15 Informal photo on Grand Entrance steps
12:15 - 12:45 Reception Drinks in Old College Grand Entrance.
12:45 - Seated buffet lunch in the Peninsular Room.
15:00 - Guests Depart (you are welcome to take an informal walk around the grounds of RMAS prior to departure)
Ticket Price
The ticket price is all inclusive (chapel, reception drink, hot buffet lunch with wine).
Photographs
We can play a silent loop of your own RMAS photos on a large screen during lunch. The easiest option is to compile a file of photos amongst yourselves and bring a laptop or USB stick to connect on the day.

Accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no accommodation in the Academy, alternative options include:

Are there ID requirements to enter the Academy?
You will need to bring some photographic ID such as driving licence or passport with you.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Entry to RMAS is via the Staff College Gate on the A30 only. If travelling by train Camberley is the nearest station, but not the most convenient for the majority of train journeys. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below, it is highly advisable to book in advance. Taxis not on the list below will not be permitted access and will be required to drop you at the gate.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you don't need to bring a ticket. An admin email confirming the details will be sent out a few days prior to the event.
Can I see a list of who else is attending?

What is the closing date, refund policy & handling fee?
The closing date for applications is Sunday 17th September 2023, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. In the event of an attendee requesting a refund prior to the closing date we will retain £3.00 of the event fee paid in order to cover the online transaction handling fee levied on the charity.
Late bookings?
Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
Can I buy RMAS memorabilia?
The Sandhurst Trust online shop stocks a variety of RMAS branded products.
Can I Smoke at RMAS?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area, please ask the Mess staff for directions.
