Members of Intake 23 are invited to attend a 60th anniversary Reunion at RMAS on Wednesday 7th August 2019, wives and partners are welcome to attend.
10:00 Registration & collect name badge in the Indian Army Memorial Room, Old College (coffee & tea will be served).
10:40 Seated for Parade.
11:00 Commandant's Parade.
12:30 Reception Drinks in the Wellington Room.
13:00 Lunch in Old College Dining Room (3 courses plus wine, coffee & mints).
15:30 Guests depart.

Ticket Price: The ticket price is all inclusive (all admin and Parade costs plus food and beverages). You will receive an email receipt for your ticket, physical tickets will not be sent out.
Photographs: If anyone has any photographs that you would like to be displayed on the day please email them (.jpg file) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Photos will be shown on a rolling loop on a large screen during lunch . If you have a large number of photos please contact us and we will provide a Dropbox link to use.
RMAS Report: When registering for the event you will be able to order a copy of your RMAS report (UK OCdts only) which will be available for collection at the reunion. We politely ask for a donation of £15 to cover the administrative costs of retrieving and copying the report, a very labour intensive process for a small charity. If, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you do not wish to make this donation please contact us.
Are there ID requirements to enter the event?
Hard copy tickets will not be issued, entry will be based on a nominal roll at the gate. Entry to RMAS for those travelling by car will be via College Town Gate (GU47 0PR) only. You will need to bring photographic ID with you such as driving licence or passport, we do not require car registrations. If you are travelling in a pre-booked taxi with a security cleared driver (see list below), or are on foot, you may enter via the Staff College gate (A30).
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Car. If you are driving you will be directed to the Swimming Pool Car Park which is a 10 minute walk to Old College. If you require disabled access please tick the box on the booking form to confirm a space in Old College Car Park.
Train. Camberley is the nearest station, but not necessarily the most convenient. Blackwater or Farnborough (Main) may provide better connections.
Taxi. If you are travelling by taxi please use one of the taxi companies with security cleared drivers listed below. Each company only has a limited number of drivers with security clearance so it is advisable to book in advance.

Where at all possible we ask that you make your payment online (see button below) as it greatly streamlines our administration. If you are unable to pay online please email email@example.com and request a hard copy application form which you can return to us by post with a cheque (full details will be on the application form).
What is the closing date & refund policy?
The closing date for applications is Thursday 25th July 2019, refunds for non attendance are not available after this date. Late bookings can only be accepted subject to catering availability, a late booking surcharge of £10 will apply.
